I’m Stacey, a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist.

I offer a supportive, kind and confidential space to look at what is getting in the way of living and feeling more fulfilled.

For over 20 years I have worked with loss and trauma in a wide range of settings and diverse communities with people of all ages, including children and elders.

I can support you in looking at the questions which have brought you to seek therapy.

As well as helping you in gaining a deeper understanding of different parts within, our work will focus on supporting you to make meaning and sustainable changes.

My work and personal life are rooted in meditation and mindfulness practices. In 2005 I began learning meditation after the death of a close friend.

This helped me to gain a deeper sense of self-awareness and a connection to the bigger picture of life and death.

My background growing up in a working-class family informs my approach which advocates for social justice and inclusion.

Integral to my practice is attention to intersectionality and the aspects of identity and life that make our experiences unique and personal, such as race, age, gender, class, religion, disability, sexuality and more.

  • I am happy to work on an online platform such as Zoom or by telephone

  • I offer short term work, including one-off longer sessions (outdoor work) and longer term psychotherapy

  • I work with young people (11-18 years old) and adults

  • My fees are £50 per hour session. (Concessions are available.)

  • Shorter sessions are available for young people if they find 1 hour is too long

  • Outdoor session: 1-2.5 hours

How I work

I work from my therapy room which is an accessible space in the centre of Todmorden. I also work outdoors on/with the land in and around Todmorden

“I offer a free, short introductory conversation for people who are interested in contacting me. I understand the importance of finding the right therapist and I am happy to talk about your needs and hopes for the work and to see if I can support with this.”
